November 14th Update | We are pleased to share that site work activities are officially set to begin across the community.

In the coming weeks, residents may observe a variety of early construction activities including demolition, clearing, grading, tree relocation and lake excavation. Some of these activities will occur throughout the property, while others will be limited to specific areas or pods.

As work progresses, areas may be temporarily closed or fenced off to ensure safety and compliance with our site protection plans. Please refrain from entering the property, including active work zones and disturbing any equipment, materials, or improvements on the property.
